By using LuxSwap you confirm that you control the wallets involved, that the transaction is lawful where you are, and that you will not use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering or any prohibited activity. A quote is an estimate until an order is created, and it can expire when the displayed countdown ends. Send the exact asset on the exact network shown. Incorrect deposits, underpayments, overpayments and deposits from unsupported networks can be delayed, refunded at network cost, or unrecoverable. LuxSwap can refuse, pause or cancel an order where a risk control, a technical limit or applicable law requires it. The service carries no investment advice, no custody promise beyond order processing, and no guarantee against blockchain network delays.
